	Jason Tramonte serves as the Vice Chairman. Originally from New Sarpy, La., Tramonte moved to Southwest Florida in 1989. Tramonte is president of his own architectural firm, Jason P. Tramonte Architect, Inc. Tramonte’s offices are located in the new Orchid Commons building within the boundaries of the CRA district in downtown Cape Coral. His knowledge of structural design plays an important role as he helps guide the rapid development underway in the district. Married for 25 years to his wife Clair, Tramonte has a son and two daughters. His free time is devoted to family, fishing and boating.

	Robert Greco was born in New York., but his history is all Cape Coral. Born and raised in New York, Greco moved to Cape Coral in 1973. He graduated from North Fort Myers High School in 1974. Within a year, he became a licensed electrical contractor and founded his own company - ACRA Electric, Inc. - with his parents and brother, Anthony. Today, besides his role as president of ACRA Electric, Greco stays busy with his wife Denise and their two adult children, Laura and Raeann. Greco is a past president of the Cape Coral Construction Industry Association and the Rotary Club of Cape Coral.

	Rich Greer is a relative newcomer to Cape Coral. He and his wife Elin first discovered the Cape in late 2003, when an acquaintance told them about this fast - growing community. In January 2004, the California couple paid a visit, fell in love with the community, bought a home and relocated here three months later. Since then, Greer has become very involved in the community, including volunteering as a Guardian Ad Litem and serving on the CRA board. Greer is the owner of Golden Horizon Mortgage in Cape Coral. When not working, the Greers enjoy watching sunrises and sunsets from the dock at the Cape Coral Yacht Club.

	Don Heisler is a licensed realtor and has lived in Cape Coral since 1984. In that time, this Indiana native has witnessed a lot of changes as rapid growth overtook the Cape. His desire to help the community led him to take a position on the CRA board. When not working toward the CRA’s goals, Heisler is the owner of Sea Winds Realty, which he has operated for nearly 14 years. He was also the 2006 president of the Cape Coral Association of Realtors. In his free time, Heisler is an avid car collector. He also enjoys riding his motorcycles and boating.

	A Miami native, Scott Hertz moved to Southwest Florida as a teenager and made his way to Cape Coral in the early 1980s. Today, this board member is president of Powell Construction, a custom homebuilder that also builds multi-family and light commercial projects. Hertz’s time is divided between his wife, son and daughter and his role as a busy Cape businessman. He’s president of the Cape Coral Construction Industry Association, a licensed realtor and licensed general contractor. Hertz’s spare time is devoted to the sports he loves - scuba diving, running and snow skiing.

	Lou has been a full time resident since retiring in 2001. He and his wife Anita own the Cape Dog Bakery, which has everything for dogs. Lou is a member of the Chamber of Commerce, European Business Council, Cape Coral Power Squadron, US Submarine Veterans Barb Base and is the committee chairman for Sea Scout Ship 840. Prior to moving to Cape Coral, he worked for Westinghouse Electric Corporation for 35 years. For 25 of those years he was the program manager of a successful special defense program. Prior to his career with Westinghouse, Lou spent 4 years serving aboard fast attack submarines. Mr. Simmons is a native of Annapolis, Maryland.
